Bri started with BRI as a Bat Field Technician in 2021 assisting with mist netting and radio telemetry. She was brought on as a full-time Bat Biologist in 2023, and works as part of the Mammal Program team to conduct research and assist with live captures, acoustic deployment and acoustic analysis.
She has always been interested in working with small mammals and first started working with them as a wildlife rehabilitation intern at Saco River Wildlife Center. Bri also has experience mist netting and banding migratory songbirds as part of a long term monitoring study at the University of New England.
