BRI is pleased to announce that James D. Paruk, Ph.D., professor of biology at Saint Joseph’s College, has recently published Loon Lessons. This book showcases the loon’s biology in an accessible and entertaining style. The reader will gain “a deeper understanding of this beautiful and mysterious bird’s natural history and annual life cycle.” Dr. Paruk is an adjunct loon biologist for BRI and a board member.
