Carly was excited to discover more about BRI and join the team in 2022, after five years as the owner/operator of a local painting and property maintenance business. She believes that the principles of ecological biodiversity are also reflected in the business world through niche, thriving businesses such as Avinet, with its mission to support the Association of Field Ornithologists. Her hobbies include multimedia art, gaining wilderness skills through programs such as Maine DIFW’s Becoming an Outdoors-Woman®, and volunteering with both Portland Parks Conservancy and the Maine Tool Library. Carly’s favorite bird is the Cedar Waxwing.

The Store Administrator role at Avinet Research Supplies involves both front-office and back-office operations, from customer care and eCommerce to inventory management and shipping logistics. Carly especially enjoys supporting Avinet’s netmakers in their mission to provide quality, USA-made mist nets.
