Lisa has more than 18 years of experience in finance, she has built a diverse career working across hospitality, technology, trading, and global life sciences. These experiences have taught her to be adaptable, embrace change, and approach new challenges with curiosity and a positive attitude.

She enjoys finding ways to make things work better, whether that means streamlining processes, introducing new technology, or helping a team become more efficient. She especially values working with and supporting employees, taking pride in helping people develop their skills and becoming more confident and successful in their roles.

Having worked in constantly evolving environments, she is comfortable with change and enjoys finding practical solutions when things don’t always go as planned. She brings a flexible, collaborative approach to her work and believes that strong teams, continuous learning, and a willingness to adapt are key to success.
