Sarah joined BRI in 2022 as a ecological analyst. She analyzes biological and environmental data to improve offshore wind development best practices to make wind farms safer for migratory birds and bats.

Sarah’s research interests are an amalgamation of experiences from all over the US. From studying tallgrass prairie soundscapes in Oklahoma, to the saltmarshes of New England, her work has led her to Maine where she began a career in wetland science, environmental permitting, and quantitative ecology.
