Wilson Kasaine was born in Kenya at the foothill of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Amboseli, an area with a very rich Maasai tribe population. He is one of twenty four siblings of a very respected tribal Maasai leader.

Wilson has 17 years experience as a professional safari guide who specializes in ornithology and has an incredible knowledge of the native species. Wilson is passionate about his home country, and is always keen to share his detailed knowledge of East Africa’s fauna and flora. He also specializes in elephant research. Wilson works with BRI under the Biodiversity Research Program, as well as for the Soils for the Future Africa team; a partner of BRI.
